Oaxacan Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Mezcal Agua Santa
- bar spoon of Agave syrup
- 2 dashes of Saline solution
- 2 dashes of Orange bitters

Process:

Stir
Serve with ice

Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Mezcal Agua Santa
- 0.75 oz Fresh squeezed Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Reduction of Agave Syrup
- 0.25 oz Simple syrup
- salt

Process:

Shake all at once with ice
Serve with Crushed ice
Garnish with an orange slice
Enjoy it

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Mezcal Agua Santa
- 1oz Verdita
- 0. 75 oz Fresh squeezed Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 2 dashes of saline solution

Process:

Blend all at once with 16 oz of crushed ice
Garnish with fresh mint

Forager´s Negroni Diet

Ingredients:

- 0.25 oz Mezcal Agua Santa
- 0.75 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 0.5 oz Campari Canada
- 0.5 oz Cinzano Official

Process:

Shake all at once with ice
Serve with Crushed ice
Garnish with an orange slice
Enjoy it

Mezcal Citrus Margarita

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Mezcal Agua Santa
- 0.75 oz Fresh squeezed Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit juice
- 0.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 bar spoon marmalade
- 1 drop saline solution

Process:

Shaken all at once with ice
Serve in a stemmed glass with grapefruit twist

Stirred warm Mezcal

Ingredients:

-2 oz Mezcal Agua Santa
-1 bar spoon raw blue agave syrup
- 1 dash chocolate bitters
-1 dash grapefruit bitters
- 2 drops saline solution

Process:

Stir with grapefruit peel
Serve over ice
Garnish with grapefruit and orange twist

El Finablo

Ingredients:

- 15ml Mezcal Agua Santa
- 45ml Fino Sherry
- 15ml Creme de Cassis
-15ml Fresh Lime Juice
-Top Ginger Beer

Process:

Bring all the ingredients together, and give a light mix
Serve with ice
Garnish with mint and dry lime

Mezcal Mule

Ingredients:

- 2 ounces Mezcal
- ½ ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 ounces ginger beer

Process:

Fill your glass with ice, add the mezcal, lime juice, and ginger ale. Stir until cold. Garnish with mint if using. Serve

Mezcal Caesar

Ingredients:

- 2 ounces Mezcal
- 5 ounces Walter’s Caesar Mix
Either:
- 1 ounce Carrol And Co. Bloody Mix
Or:
- 2 dashes Valentina sauce, 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, pinch of kocher salt, pinch of ground black pepper, ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice, tablespoon of horseradish
-Garnish wish “The Extreme Bean”

Process:

Poor all ingredients into a glass. Top with ice cubes. Garnish with “The Extreme Bean”

Ingredients:

-2 1/4 oz of Mezcal Agua Santa

-3/4 Dolin Blanc infused with spruce tips

-3 Dashes of Genepy

-2 Dashes of dill bitters 

Process:

Stir with ice for 12-15 seconds

Strain into a chilled Nich & Nora

Garnish with a dill sprig
